Backed up to the Ouachita National Forest, and perched upon a hilltop, the Buena Vista Cottage gazes down upon one of the best views The Pea Patch Ranch has to offer.

Enjoy a glass of iced tea from the front porch while watching the calves play — or take an easy stroll down to the Caddo River for a cool dip. There are no schedules in The Pea Patch.

Buena Vista Cottage is a private Ouachita hideaway that sleeps six comfortably. The cottage home is a two-bedroom, two-full-bath arrangement, one queen bed, one full bed, hide-a-bed sofa. Satellite TV in den and queen room. Washer & dryer, 2-car carport. All linens are provided. Our large, fully equipped kitchen will make even a gourmet cook smile.

The Cottage’s spacious den spans out to a remarkable glass solarium, which offers the most breathtaking view on the Ranch.

If you’re a golfer you can drive 10 minutes to play on one of the best golf courses in the state. Glenwood Country Club. Or if you’re a rock hound there are numerous Crystal Mine close by such as Wegner Quartz Crystal Mines 10 miles away. Oaklawn Racing & Casino Resort 35 miles away. The Crater of Diamonds State Park in Murfreesboro is 30 miles away. You might get lucky and find one for yourself!
